Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that during high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to postal issues, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.
Due to postal regulations, we are unable to ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes that restrict fragrance shipments.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can help resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we consider the order fulfilled and complete.
